Electrical Inspection & Testing (EICR Reports)

An EICR, or Electrical Inspection Condition Report, is an in-depth inspection of your property’s electrical systems and installation. The inspection is to assess and identify any condition, deterioration or defect which has the potential to result in danger.
Consumer Units and
Fuse Boxes Replaced
From £520 (subject to survey)
Installed to conform with the latest BS761 wiring regulations. As part of this work I will notify the local authority and issue a Part P Building Regulations Compliance Certificate. The electrical installation will also be inspected and tested and a Electrical Installation Certificate issued.
Lights and
Sockets Replaced
From £55 (subject to survey)
From the replacement of a single light switch or socket through to multiple new downlights being installed. All work includes electrical certification and Part P compliance certificate (where required).
EV Car Charger
Points Installed
From £800 (subject to survey)
EV chargers installed from a wide range of manufacturers. A free survey is required so that I can recommend the most suitable options and choices to best suit your requirements and vehicle. All work includes electrical certification and Part P compliance certificate (where required).
Electric Showers
Installed or Replaced
From £90 (labour cost subject to survey)
From a complete new installation or the replacement of an existing shower unit (including plumbing). All work includes electrical certification and Part P compliance certificate (where required).
Fault Finding
and Repairs
From £65 (subject to survey)
From tripping RCDs to lights that have stopped working. I will investigate and repair faults that develop with your properties electrics using the latest equipment.
Outdoor Power
and Lighting
From £75 (subject to survey)
From a new outdoor socket or security lighting through to power for summer houses and garages. All work includes electrical certification and Part P compliance certificate (where required).
Full and Part
Rewires
From £500 (subject to survey)
From the rewiring of one room to a complete house. I can advise you on the best options to suit your property and budget. All work includes electrical certification and Part P compliance certificate (where required).
Electric Oven, Hob or Cooker
Installation
From £80 (labour cost subject to survey)
New installation or replacement of electric ovens, hobs and freestanding cookers. All work includes electrical certification and Part P compliance certificate (where required).
